Latitude 5480 memory upgrade issue (i5-7440hq)

I tried to add KINGSTON HyperX Imapct 32GB (2 x 16GB), 2133MHz, CL13, HX421S13IBK2/32
However I'm getting the 2,3 LED pattern (No memory/RAM detected)
Could someone from Dell provide support for this issue, please ?

The manual says it supports up to 32BG RAM (2x16)

That isn't the memory Kingston certifies for your system - for 16 G modules, look for

KCP424SD8/16

HyperX uses much more aggressive memory timings than the RAM your system needs.

Is there a compatible 16x2 kit like the one you mentioned? How can I find this info? Do you have link maybe? Thanks

On the othe hand, If I put just one of the new dimm (16GB) + 8GB (old, default), the systems sees 24GB RAM so the memory works.. somehow..

But not in 2x16 combination.. Not even with just 16GB (1 slot).

An upgrade of the BIOS from 1.3.3 to 1.6.4 didn't help either..
