Latitude D620 Maximum Hard Drive Size?

Hi, I'm new to the forums. I have a Latitude D620 that I love. I have a 160GB hard drive in it now but it's kinda full :emotion-7:. I want to get a 250 or even 320GB drive for my laptop. I have heard that at a certain capacity, the hard drive won't get detected by my motherboard and I would have to reformat my entire drive to get it to work, which I would rather not do. Does anyone know if those sizes would cause me any problems? Even 200GB would probably be sufficient for me, but the more capacity the better =)

500G will work fine as long as you get a 9.5 mm model.  Drives are available up to 500G in that size.

The new 750 and 1000G models from WD WILL NOT fit the system.
