Latitude D620 dead (any sound, any light)
Hi lads,
I have a Latitude D620, and It doesn't boot.
When I plug the AC adapter into the wall the green light is on, but when I plug the adapter to the laptop, light goes out. If I unplug the AC adapter from the wall and I also disconnect it from D620, and then I reconnect the adapter to the wall, the green light is working fine again..
As I have some technical knowledge, I've been doing tests without memory modules, DVD, battery, with another AC Adapter... and it just doesn't boot, it doesn't do anything... any light, any sound... is totally dead.
It's the motherboard? My warranty is over, so... what can I do? as you know, this are not good times in economic terms.. I don't want to waste my (little amount of) money in another laptop, if it's possible.
Someone can help me?
Thanks in advance,
sgakovic
