Latitude D820 won't boot

I have a Latitude D820 that won't boot.  It doesn't display anything on the screen.  I can hear the harddrive spin up but other then that nothing happens.  When I hold FN the num,scroll.caps lock keys lightup and the num lock key begins to flash over and over and the other two are just lit up constantly.  I haven't been able to find any information on what that flash code means.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
