Latitude E5110 not getting on

So this is how it is going I start it on dell logo fills bar fast then I get this screen we apologize  for the inconvenience  but windows did not start successfully  a recent hardware or software change might have caused this then it says if your computer  stopped responding restarted unexpectedly or was auto shutdown choose last known good configuration  than ithe says could have  been power failure than options of safe mode safeel mode with networking than safe mode with command prompt or last known good configuration  or start windows normally  so I choose last good and start up normally  than it does the loading windows than it stops blue screen shows up than leaves quick  so yeah I need help cause it is not working

Thanks for writing to us. 

When did the issue start? Was there any hardware or software changes done recently? 

Please run the diagnostics from f12 menu and let us know the outcome. 

Also in the f8 menu there should be an option to stop the system from restart.

Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message
