Latitude E5420 broadcom 1530 half minicard wifi can't turned on

Morning

New here, and I'm not sure where to post that but let's face it!

I've just bought (second hand) latitude e5420 with Vista preinstalled. First of all I've installed w7 x64 'cause I need it to work on it. I've installed all drivers but the network device. When I tried to get lastest drivers from Dell's site I've ended up with this one: http://tinyurl.com/q5xc8xp

Well, I must say it is working... But not exactly because I can't still turn it on. The front wireless switch is on, the BIOS is properly configured. But the wireless card is still off as it's shown on the picture  (sorry for the lang version but I'm pl).

The LED covering the state of the wireless is once on once off depends on drivers reinstall. Dunno what to think bout this. The wireless switch is working for sure.

So you see something is not up. I've started digging into that problem and found the log file from the previous install:

Seriously I don't know what to think. I've tried everything and I can't get through this error.

Must to say that when I checked the problems in Windows Something Network manager it returns that there is some problem with driver. Don't know which.

Thanks for trying help

Matias
