Latitude E5520 Webcam

Hi All

I have brand new E5520-4 days old now, and the webcam does not work. I have tried all the updates-re-installs etc suggested by dell trouble shooter and support but still nothing. Dell webcam central still says please connect a supported device.

When I go into device manager there is no cam listed.
