Latitude E5540 - Fingerprint reader has no management application installed

I have all the drivers(Including the fingerprint reader and DDP | ST) installed, but when I open biometric devices, it says "Fingerprint reader has no management application installed". I saw one thread similar to this, but it was unanswered. Thank you for your time.

Specs:

Dell Latitude E5540

Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Intel Core i5-4310U

8GB DDR3 RAM

128GB SSD

Backlit Keyboard w/Dual Pointers and Fingerprint Reader

1336x768 Display

Intergrated Graphics: Intel HD 4400

The Dell Data Protection - Security Tools Application is required to manage the fingerprint and password options on this system.

Thank you for the fast reply, but this did not help me in anyway. I specifically said I arleady had installed Dell Data Protection | Security Tools. Although I did get it to work by opeing Security Tools and doing it from there. Using windows biometic device manager, it won't work. This did help somebody though so I'll leave it as the answer.
