Hi Simone.
Try install "Dell ControlVault Driver".
This package contains drivers for Broadcom NFP (USB\VID_0A5C&PID_5804) and Broadcom USH.
I installed on Latitude E5550 with Windows 7 Professional x64 and works fine.
