Latitude XT - External display flickering
The top portion of any external display (including my dell WFP2007) flickers consistently when the power adaptor is plugged into the XT, but not when it isn't. Is this normal, because it's really annoying. I'm using the New Zealand power adaptor that came with the machine.

I see a similar behaviour on several types of external projectors, and it is really annoying when I try to give lectures. I now have to use a separate computer for such purposes.
I have no solution but can confirm that this is happening, however, I can not correlate it to the power adaptor, since I have tried to remove this as well.
Would be very thankful for a solution, since it is ruining a nice product.
