Latitude e5470 Battery

Will the following batteries:

Battery RYXXH  or YD8XC
Work on a Latitude e5470

It appears they are compatible

Both are compatible with that system.

When I installed a brand new  RYXXH in my Latitude e5470, the BIOS said this was not a Dell battery and that the system would not charge it. Also, the battery led on the laptop front panel kept blinking orange , then white.

I am using an aftermarket universal charger (I lost the original) but this charger works fine with the original battery (and charges it!) that came in the laptop

Please advise
