Lost Bluetooth can't reinstall drivers

I have a Dell Inspiron 7520 running Windows 10. Bluetooth was working fine but I got stuck in Airplane mode and had no internet or bluetooth. Finally reconnected with the internet but uninstalled bluetooth, as a last resort. Trying to download the drivers ( 1704 ) I get a message to "activate bluetooth using wireless switch". How do I do that? That's where I'm stuck. I also can not get in to the BIOS to turn on "bluetooth" if that is necessary? Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
