Lots of problems with Studio 15

Hi all,

I am new to this forum so first of all a very warm hello!

I got a Studio 15 about 2 months ago, and now I am facing a few problems with it. I hope you can help me with this.

• The laptop lid does not close properly. As in, when I close the laptop, there is a gap and I have to press it really hard to shut it completely. Is this normal?
• When I use the media control buttons (volume up/down and mute),  the volume increases/decreases but sometimes the icons are not displayed on screen. This does not happen with the brightness control, but only with volume control
• I got a Dell wireless bluetooth headset with the laptop. The problem is that whenever I try to connect it with the laptop after using it with my phone, I get the blue screen error. I have to remove the device and pair it again every time. I uninstalled the driver and re-installed also, but still no effect. What could be the possible solution?
