Low FPS Battlefield 3 and Saints Row The Third M14xR2

I have a Alienware M14x R2 with i7-3610qm 2,3 ghz and a GT 650m graphic card. I had issues when playing thoses games and when i look on others forums or videos of thoses games and my laptop, they play at high or ultra and i can barrely play it at low (~15 fps)
