Low Memory Notification
I am running a Dell Studio 1749, windows 7 64-bit os, Intel i3, 6gb installed, 5.68 gb usable, 300 gb hard drive. Windows experience index 4.5 rating. Frequently while on the internet I receive notification that my memory is low and I need to close the web site I am on. I am running just a few programs on the computer, continually clear the hard drive of unnecessary information. Do I need a new or bigger hard drive, increased memory modules, or reinstall windows?

The memory that it is referring to is Virtual Memory and not Physical Memory.
