M17xR2 AMD 5870 Card Reading 5800

I'm having a problem with my laptop saying 5800 instead of 5870, is this a problem? It use to say 5870 but I think moving to Windows 10 and auto-updates changed it. Some noticeable changes is that bluetooth hasn't been working and signing in with the camera has been moving slower. But this could be a different problem since this laptop isn't supported for Windows 10. 

I tried uninstalling the drive and reinstalling using both dell and amd site's downloads but it always read as 5800.
