M4600 problem with nVidia K2100M

I have a Precision M4600 running BIOS rev A16. I am trying to install a nVidia Quadro K2100M video card in the M4600. The K2100M was pulled from a M4800.

The card fits in and BIOS boots, but when Windows begins to load stop error "Hal_Initialization_Failed" occurs. The BIOS shows unrecognized video card.

Dell lists drivers compatible with the M4600 with a K2100M so i would think it should work. The only thing i can figure is the vBIOS needs to be updated or something. Anyone have and ideas or suggestions?
