M4700 and K2100m - no hdmi audio
Hi,
Recently I have swapped my K1000m to K2100m in my Dell M4700.
Installed latest Nvidia drivers ( 361.91 ) and everything seems to work except hdmi audio. In device management under audio there is no Nvidia audio. Have there only IDT HD Audio.
Probably thats why I have no option to select HDMI to pass audio there. On previous K1000m I was able to pass audio to my TV using the same TV and cable.
When installing Nvidia drivers there is no option to select Nvidia audio.
When trying to install GPU drivers drom dell site ( http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=GKPWX&fileId=3480937038&osCode=W764&productCode=precision-m4700&languageCode=en&categoryId=VI ) I have error stating that no appropriate hardware was found.
As far as I know this K2100m was taken out from M4800. Is there any way to install this Quadro audio and be able to pass audio via HDMI?

Hello. All of our HDMI audio tips are in the HDMI Audio FAQ.
Maybe someone on the Laptop Video board would know something that would help with the driver.

Yes, I have checked this. But it is general FAQ. In my case I need specified drivers or change in GPU card (?).
Since this K21... is mentioned in M4700 GPU driver description I hope more people managed to swap their GPU card :)

I wouldn't know how common that is -- it's outside my area which is audio. You should post on the Video board for help or information about the graphic driver for your situation.
