Media Checking [Fail]

Just took a brand new inspiron 15 3521 out of the box and this message keeps appearing saying no boot device found?

Hi sayd91,

Please let us know if the hard drive is detected in BIOS, follow the steps below.

Shut down the computer and tap F2 during the startup to enter the BIOS page.

In BIOS ‘Main’ page check if the hard drive is detected? In case the hard drive is not detected please remove and reseat the hard drive.

The hard drive is not detected. 

the two screws which are to be securing the hard drive to the computer mentioned in the manual are missing and the hard drive slips around?

what can i do to rectify this?
