Missing Drivers to Connect to the Internet

Hello. I am new here and am not sure were to post this problem specifically. I do apologize if I posted this post in the wrong forum.

I am having a hard time determining what hard drive I need to install in order to connect to the internet on another computer. I am using Dell, but I'm not sure what is the computer's product model if the number is required for further assistance.

I have two drivers in the "Other Devices" section called "Network Controller" and "PCI Simple Communications Controller". Although the Realtek Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20) driver is working, I am not sure if I need to install it, neither do I know what drivers I need to connect to the internet.

Here are the Drivers' ID Numbers labeled with question marks next to the drivers' names in case they are needed for further assistance.

Network Controller

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4353&SUBSYS_000E1028&RVE_01

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4353&SUBSYS_000E1028

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4353&CC_028000

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4353&CC_0280

PCI SIMPLE COMMUNICATIONS CONTROLLER

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_04341028&REV_06

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_04341028

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_078000

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_0780

Although the Realtek RTL8102E/E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20 driver is "properly working" and is not labeled with the yellow question mark on it, I would list the driver in the event I may need to do so for further assistance.

Realtek RTL8192E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20)

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_04341028&REV_02

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_04341028

PC\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&CC_020000

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&CC_0200

Any help is appreciated.
