Easy to access, just select Support at top of this (or any) page and then "Product Support"
then select "Manuals" and fill in 'Pop-Up' with your Service Tag or Type and Model..
Thanks for the followup -- the user support available in Dell's forums is among the best I've seen. I am grateful for the money-saving responses that provided what a non-technical grey head needed.
