Motherboard Replacement

I have N5010 Inspiron with ATI Radeon 1 GB. I bought it in December 2010. I am facing a problem for the last 3 months. At startup there is no display and there are beeps. I have tried all the tricks of built in self test method told by some dell engineer here in the community. Sometime it worked and sometime it didn't. Two weeks go it gone permanently mad and no display with beeps. I took it to the dealer from where I purchased it but it wasn't under warranty. So he provided some repairing services but it only worked for 1 week. Last week I again faced the problem and he again did some repairing. I just got my repaired laptop yesterday but tonight it again producing same problem. I am fade up now by spending both money and time on repairing. Is there any solution in Germany from where I can get complete installation of motherboard with the same specs ?
