Mouse Cursor Jumping around and keyboard keys opens browser pages.

I have two problems with my Dell studio 1585 and it makes me so frustrated cause I don't seem to be able to find a solution for it!

1-I have the usual problem with the cursor that jumps around and tried the solution of changing the pointer sensitivity, yet, I am still having a problem!

2- My keyboards seems to open specific pages when I press g it takes me to Delicious.com website. The g takes me to gmail -compose new email page etc. i have like 3 other keys causing this problem for me.

I am trying to locate the setup of hot keys on the keyboard but don't know where to find them. Can someone help please
