Mouse will disable itself and I have to wiggle its usb around for it to work

My mouse has been screwy for a few months. I soon figured that when I rest my arm on the Intel sticker, my laptop will make the USB disconnected sound and I have to toy around with its USB for it to work. Does anyone know why this happens?[if i make any grammar errors, i don't have the best english]
