Multiple issues with dell laptop

It took 3.35 min to shut down and with restart it was 4.28, then it will take more time to connect to internet and get websites loaded.

Problems- wifi used to turn off automatically without notice because teredo got disabled multiple times , repair centre told me that OS if forcing it to disable and i did updated OS yesterday, except 1 update, still i am facing this issue.

Other issues- too slow shut down since the last time this laptop was serviced in warranty . evem after turning on, it takes time for laptop to start working.

3. Laptop hampers productivity during busy hours. hangs                                                                   

4 . Laptop screen went on and off multiple times in past.

dell website insecure as per av, and not encrypted!

dell service centre misbehaved and doesnt want to find error,same with dell executive who came home to change keyboard.

USB  socket is loose

I am not able to install Tor on licensed version of OS, cant even use chat feature to contact dell, why/?

Toredo keeps getting disabled and doesnt get enabled on few networks, whats the issue?
