My Dell N5110 Keyboard not working.
My Dell N5110 keeps freezing. I'm a computer technician. I tested the hard drive, and there are lots of bad sectors. I replaced it with a new one. After replaced the hard drive, the keyboard doesn't work anymore. I cannot even enter bios. I bought a new keyboard from ebay, and try it, it's still now working. Anybody have any ideas?
I already updated the bios to the latest one. it works with a USB keyboard.

Possible issue with System Board. I am thinking the slot where you plug in the keyboard could be damaged. If this is under warranty I can help you with a replacement. You can add me as a friend by clicking my Username and start a conversation. Thanks.
