My Dell inspiron 15 3567 suddenly shut down when unplugged AC adapter but battery appears fully 100% charged
I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 3567 May 2017. Now a days,it shuts down only when I unplugged the AC adapter. But the battery appears fully 100% charged. Please help...

If the system still doesn't work without AC adapter, I suggest you check if Desktop Mode is disable in the Battery Meter App. Please right click the battery icon at the bottom of taskbar, click Desktop Mode, see image below:

Please remove all peripherals from system. Remove AC adapter, battery, and then press " Power On" button for 15 seconds to release Static Flea Power. Replace battery, power on system,hopefully computer starts normally.
