My Hard Disk crashed
Hello,
I have a DELL E6520. Lately, the hard disk has been crashing and I had to format and install windows a couple of time.
I would like to buy an external hard drive and install windows 7 on it. I am wondering if that is possible?
Also, can I use the reinstallation DVD on a completely formatted hard disk?

Yes, you can install the operating system on the external hard drive.
Is there a specific reason why you want to install windows on the external drive?
