My Laptop Makes Beep sound when I press power button and it wont Start
Hi there,
I ran the onboard hardware diagnostics. Everything was fine except the Hard Drive section.
The error codes are below:
Error Code: 2000-0142
Validation: 124190
Message: Hard Drive 0-S/N W0V5MWHL, Long self-test unsuccessful
Please suggest me how to proceed further.

Here with error code 2000-0142 indicates hard drive failure .I can assist you with drive replacement if the system is in warranty.Provide the service tag of the system & invoice copy so that I can look into the details of the system ,also ensure the data has been backed up .Alternatively if your system is out of warranty then you may purchase the same from an external vendor.
