My dell inspiron 15-3552's hard drive is not installing.
Hi.
Every other thing in my laptop has installed except the hard drive and its a concern to me.
Please what do I do ASAP?

You'll need to more precisely describe the problem - are you replacing a faulty drive, and having trouble physically installing it, or is the drive missing from setup (f2 at powerup) -- or is it not showing up when you're installing the operating system?

And also I am not replacing a faulty drive. My laptop is till under warranty.

Once I press the power button, it comes up but what I see is supportassist, product name, system Bios, service tag and ePSA then i see hard drive not installed. Also a continue but when I click the continue my laptop goes off again.

Does the system have a conventional 2.5" drive, or a 32 G embedded flash drive?
(check in system setup - F2 at powerup).
