Windows 10 is on the system?

In the meantime, power on system, wait about 3 minutes,  close the lid ( please don't power off), turn over the computer, remove AC adapter and then battery. Press the 'Power On" button for 15 seconds to release Static Flea Power. Replace battery, adapter, and then power on system. Hopefully system start normally.

Please run diagnostic to check the hardware on system by following the steps below:

1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals ( except AC adapter)

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click on it.  After quick tests, click on Hard drive, and select Thorough Test Mode. Run Memory as well. Report back any error code.

Windows 10 is what I need, therefore no need to look for the service tag number.

My Apologies.....

I meant to say,  after the thorough test had finished on the hard drive and there isn't a error code then I suggest you do the same step for Memory as well.

You could either reinstall windows 10 or use the Repair Your Computer option.

I'm assuming there are no error codes:

Please create a Windows 10 installation media on a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. You could download the window 10 installation media from the link below.

Download Windows 10 - microsoft.com

After you created the windows 10 installation media:

1. Insert the recovery media (flash drive) into the USB port on the system

2. Power the computer off

3. Power on computer, quickly tap the F12  key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top corner of the screen

4. At the boot menu, select the device (flash drive) under UEFI BOOT
