My laptop Dell INS 15 3000 3542 WIN 10 not charging and not getting start.
As suggested previous post I followed all required steps.
1. Removed battery
2. Discharged residual power by pressing 10-15 secs.
3. Kept battery out for 2 hours.
Still my laptop is not charging and not giving any signal during charging.
Plz help me to overcome from this problem.

First check to see whether the AC adapter is recognized. F2 at powerup.
If it IS showing correctly, the battery is likely faulty.
If it shows "unknown",
1. Is it an OEM Dell adapter? If not, replace with a Dell adapter.
2. If it's a Dell adapter but shows unknown, try another Dell adapter. If that doesn't solve the issue,
3. Replace the DC jack:

4. If that doesn't solve the problem, it's the mainboard that's bad.
