My laptop is not turning on
Whenever I try to turn on my laptop, it just turns off in 1-3 sec.
I don't know why.. Can someone help me?

Unplug the system, remove or disconnect the battery, and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall both memory modules. Power up on AC only - if it will, but won't with the battery in place, the battery is faulty and will need to be replaced. If it still won't power up, the mainboard is bad - on a system of this age, it likely would be better to start thinking about a replacement system.

ejn63 is right, the only other thing would be looking at the fan or further troubleshooting topics on our support site for your system. Unfortunately from what you're describing it sounds like the board is bad (as stated).
