Hi Vjjpunisher,

Welcome to the Communtiy. I suggest you start by running a diagnostics on your hard drive. Press the F12 key at the Dell Logo on startup, select diagnostics and run and extended diagnostics on your hard drive. Post back with any error codes.

You can also try restoring your computer using the Windows disc, use the below link for help.

Hope this helps.

Thank You

Royan

Hi,

The error code 0F00 : 065D is a SMART error. You will need to have the hard drive replaced. Contact Dell Technical Support in your region for a replacement.

Thank you

Royan
