Need help. missing .msi file
I get a message"Please wait while windows configurs Dell Support center (Support Software) Then another message"The feature you are trying to use is on a networdk resourse that is unavailable. Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'dell_support-center[1].msi. I read in the forum that I should uninstall and reinstall the Dell Support Center software, but I don't know where that is. Is it on an original installation disk and if so which one? How can I get that software. I didn't see it offered as a download.

try searching for your files first over your drives with KrojamSoft FilesSearch to find lost files… it worked for me….. :-)

Welcome to the forums Joanna :emotion-21:
What laptop do you have, and what OS are you using?
The program should be on one of the CD's you got with the laptop, but you can download it here anyway :emotion-5:
