Need new Dell XPS M1330 video cable, laptop out of warranty

So the video cable is broken, I know this because when I dissected it, many of the copper wires were short-circuiting which explained why I couldn't adjust the brightness of the screen, two overheats, and the smoke prior for the screen to stop working. Thus I need a new screen cable

The cable is labels as Dell XPS M1330 LCD Cable for 13.3" WXGA LCD CCFL Display Screen RW488, 0RW488.

Can I get this product from dell? Or do I need to look for third party shops?
