I have a problem regarding my laptop. I'm done a bios update from 1.2.12 to 1.2.14 inside windows 10 using the exe file from Dell. It's been 1 hour that the laptop in the state of blank screen. The fan is running and AC is plugged.
What is the course of action for me now?
