New External Mouse Stopped Responding

I received my new laptop yesterday and bought an external bluetooth mouse with it.  I setup the external mouse yesterday and it worked fine.  Now today, it doesn't respond.  

Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you check the Settings - Devices -  Bluetooth, does the mouse show as paired and connected?

What model of mouse is it?

Do you have other Bluetooth devices you an check?

What is the model of your system such as XPS 9560 or something similar?
