New Laptop. Unable to enter.
I got a new Inspiron 17 7000 series with windows 8.1. After initial setup it is asking for password. I did not set any password or login id.
Please help

Hi,

Does the login screen show your name or the Email address?
Can you try leaving the password screen blank and click next?
