New XPS13 (9350) Battery Indicator Flashing Amber/White
Less than 1 year old xps 13 9350---just out of the blue wont boot up. screen black, only response is led light in front of laptop (I think that is the battery indicator light) flashes two yellow/one white. Won't do anything else. I consider this a brand new laptop--what the heck? Is there an easy fix or is it mail back to Dell for repair?
Really need this fixed fast as I use it to run meetings....

Can you check if you can boot into BIOS ?

It needs to go back to Dell for a mainboard replacement.

I would agree to try booting to something else. I think I saw something similar when I was changing drives on one of my systems.
Disconnect the power supply or connect..
I need to check on the beep codes on the system since I saw one article mentioning the lights were like beep codes but I have never confirmed that.
