New motherboard problem (Intel HD4000 black dots/dashes on screen)

Hello!

I recently ordered a new motherboard for my "Inspiron 7720 Special Edition" laptop because the old one failed.

The laptop is out of warranty but I was told since I purchased the new motherboard that the new part (motherboard) has 2 years warranty.

In the new motherboard the 1st graphics card (Intel HD4000) is causing display problems whereas the secondary one (Nvidia GT650M) is working flawlessly.

I have included a screenshot of how the screen looks.

I have tried the latest and older drivers and have also found out that there's a Kernel memory leak (via PoolMon).
I am using W10 64bit and have the latest BIOS installed. The problem initiates when W10 is on the log on screen, just after the boot and loading.
