No battery present + orange battery light flashing
My pc isn't registering a battery is present. This is causing the battery light to continuously flash orange. If I remove the charger cable when the machine is on, it immediately cuts out.
I've run a system check (FN + power button) but there is no mention of a battery problem.
Other users report that a BIOS update has solved their battery issues. However, BIOS updates can only be installed if both charger is plugged in and battery is present. Catch 22.
Has anyone got any bright ideas?
