Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

Kindly follow the steps below :

Step 1

  1. Left click on the “Desktop” icon you have in the start screen.
  2. From the desktop feature left click on the “Start” button situated in the lower left side of the screen.
  3. Left click or tap on the “Command prompt (admin)” icon.
  4. Write in the command prompt the following: “sfc /scannow”.
  5. Press the “Enter” button on the keyboard.
  6. Let the system file checker process finish and reboot the Windows 8 or Windows 10 device.
  7. Check again for the “no boot device available” message.

Step 2

  1. Move the mouse over the upper right side of the screen.
  2. After the Charms bar shows you will need to left click or tap on the “Search” feature.
  3. In the search box write “Troubleshooter”.
  4. Press the “Enter” button on the keyboard.
  5. Left click or tap on the “Troubleshooting” icon.
  6. Under the topic “System and Security” you need to left click or tap on the “Fix problems with Windows updates” and follow the instructions on the screen to finish the troubleshooting.
  7. After the process is completed reboot your Windows 8 or Windows 10 device and check if you still have the same issue.

Kindly private message the service tag and email address.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks
