No touchpad adjustment

I have a DELL C800 Professional. I bought this used so I don't have any disks to reinstall anything.  I used a PC Wizard to find all the information about this PC.  It makes no mention of a touchpad, no reference in control panel either. The Touchpad is too sensitive how can I adjust it ?

Also, the sound is turned up to the maximum and I can just barely make it out.

The display resolution is very small if I try to adjust it, it just makes the viewing screen smaller regardless of whether I increase or decrease the setting.

Since this is used, is there any way I can get the disks that would have come with this unit ?
