Not working properly Dell Inspiron 13 i7347-10051sLV

Dear sir,

I have purchased

Dell Inspiron 13 i7347-10051sLV

in the month of March,2015.  It is not working properly.  Sound is very less.  Touch screen is resistant do not move easy. Round shadows appear  and screen behave  odd.  Particularly Audio is very low.

I have done every possible thing going through the del forum.  In vain are my efforts.

I am very much unhappy.  Please lodge my complaint.

Hi Dasari,

I would suggest you to update the BIOS and touchpad drivers on the system in a sequence for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below and click on ‘Get drivers and downloads’ then download the BIOS from BIOS section and touchpad driver from ‘Mouse, Keyboard & Input Devices’ section onto the system and install it.

Also, I would advise you to download and install the ‘TouchFreeze’ software from the link below and check for issue resolution.

Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Dasari,

I would suggest you to uninstall the audio driver from ‘Programs and features’ and then reinstall the audio driver on the system for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the audio driver from audio section onto the system and install it.
