Operating System CD

Hello everyone,

Not sure where to put this in the forums, but my question is will technical support send a disk, if requested, that will allow me to reinstall a clean version of my operating system that comes with the laptop I purchased? I am looking for a disk similar to an OEM operating system disk, not disks that will reinstall the recovery partition or that have anything to do with resetting it to factory settings (which has all the pre-bundled unwated sofware).
