Optiarc DVD+-RW AD-7630A not reading blank cds?

I was burning a cd through iTunes last week and my computer crashed while burning a cd. I restarted my machine and now it will not read Blank CDRs. If anyone knows a way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I am using a Vostro 2510 laptop with Windows XP.
