PROJECTOR CONNECTION

Hi all. I have Dell inspiron 14 which does not have a vga port.

So how do i connect it to an overhead projector which can be accessed only by vga cable.

Please help.

Hi yajnesh45,

Since the VGA port is not available in the system, check the connector that is present in inspiron 14. You neet to get a VGA converter for it, please provide the exact model number so that I can help you further.

I have Dell Inspiron 14 (3421 model ) with i5 processor loaded woth Windows 8.

Thanks for the information, please purchase HDMI cable to a VGA converter.

I also have the same problem, I already have the VGA converter, or I bought a HDMI to VGA cable.. but it is still not working...

Which one?  A cable won't work - you need an externally powered HDMI to VGA converter box.

I too have a Dell Inspiron 14 3421 Laptop and facing the same problem. I bought a HP HDMI to VGA Adapter(H4F02AA) and is working on one projector but not working on Hitach CP-RS55 projector. Anybody pliz help me.
