Please i need your help
Hi, last year i travelled to USA and bought a dell laptop inspiron. Today i was using it when suddenly the screen broke under the surface (it didnt broke like a glass, it failed the material under the screen) and i dont know how. I checked the warranty in the dell website and its valid unitl the 5/25/13. The problem it is that im from Argentina and i cant get technical support from the dell website. I cant send them an e mail because "Email support is not available for this Dell product." and i cant chat with a representative either so i need to know if there is a way i can contact somebody from dell and ask him if i can use the warranty even though i dont live in the USA.
Im sorry if my english ins't too good and thanks for those who answer me

Hi jb11arg,
In United States, a customer needs to purchase an additional warranty in order to get warranty support for the accidental issues. In case a damage was done to the system, this issue may not get covered within the warranty if your system does not have the accidental coverage warranty.
