Power button of laptop not working properly.
I have a Dell inspiron N5050 with 4 GB RAM ,Windows 7 home basic it was working fine but for the past couple of days i had observed a problem that the power button is not working properly. I have to press the power button 3-4 times then only the laptop is getting started but once started there are no glitches or lags.I purchased it last year, what could be the problem? please help.

Hi max6416,
I recommend you to disconnect the adapter and the battery, press and hold the power button for few seconds and release to drain the flea power. Now connect the adapter to the computer and check if the computer powers on with the Power button.
If the issue persists, disconnect the adapter and check if the computer Powers on with the battery.
Also, remove the battery from the computer and connect the adapter. Now try Powering on the computer.
